  1. Improving submission quality: Apriora’s live technical interviews are conducted by Alex, an AI recruiter. Human recruiters without deep domain expertise can lean on Alex to craft expert interviews. These interviews are tailored to the Fortune 100 clients’ unique project needs and personalized to the candidate. Alex asks relevant follow-up questions by understanding a candidate’s response and guiding the conversation to exactly what the client wants to know.
  2. ​​Catching fake candidates before clients see them: Apriora’s platform makes it easy to identify fraudulent activity through multiple fraud-resistant features:
    • Video monitoring & playback – Every interview is recorded, allowing recruiters to spot suspicious behavior.
    • Tab-switch detection – If a candidate opens another window during an interview, Apriora flags it and counts the number of tab switches. Recruiters can then review the video to check if the activity was normal or not.
    • AI-powered cheat detection – Apriora can also give a “cheating likelihood” score based on the activity in the video. This extra review step essentially gives Alex the “eyes and ears” to see or hear other people or voices during the interview.
  3. Giving sales teams a competitive edge: These AI capabilities have also become a key sales differentiator for Pumex. Instead of just telling clients they find the best candidates, Pumex can deliver on it, allowing them to position their recruitment services as more rigorous and reliable than the competition.
