Candidate Love

Hear directly from candidates about the interview they can't stop talking about

🤖 The Future is Here: AI is Now Conducting Job Interviews!

Companies like Micro1 and Apriora are revolutionizing recruitment with AI interviewers. Yes, you read that right - AI is conducting actual job interviews!

Here's what makes this fascinating:

🎯 Micro1 uses an AI cartoon character (think gamified interviews)

🎥 Apriora focuses on real-time video interviews

⚡ Both are available 24/7 for candidates

The benefits?

• Consistent evaluation criteria

• No scheduling headaches

• Faster hiring process

• Reduced initial screening bias

But here's what I'm curious about: Would you feel comfortable being interviewed by AI? 🤔

As someone who's been through numerous interviews, I can see both sides:

✅ More flexible scheduling

❓ Missing that human connection

✅ Standardized process

❓ Less insight into company culture

What's your take? Would you trust an AI to evaluate your next job application?

There’s more capability in Alex than most recruiters or headhunters. She’s able to carry out more of a conversation based on specific things that I’m mentioning. That was really cool.”

I just took an interview. Unbelievable. https://apriora.ai The best; better than human interviewer. The whole recruitment process would be gone to AI. It was a pleasant experience. Again, unbelievable.

This staffing firm cranked out 192 interviews before 9am today—without a human recruiter.

They're one of the largest staffing companies in the world.

By 3pm they'd screened almost 400 candidates.

Each candidate scheduled a call over text or email with an AI recruiting agent to find a convenient time.

The AI recruiting agent then called them for the interview and chatted back and forth with the candidate in real-time, probing for understanding and digging deeper into their responses.

Then, the AI agent wrote up a full report for each of the ~400 interviews directly back into the ATS.

All this happened without a human in the loop so far.

Imagine the cost of human hours that it would take to schedule, screen, and score ~400 candidates.

Most recruiters I talk to want to keep the human element of recruiting—so do I!

But those same recruiters are also burned out from doing initial screens. No one likes them. They're tedious and monotonous.

Having someone like Apriora's Alex, an AI recruiting agent, means recruiters get to focus their time on the top talent.

It also means candidates are actually getting a shot! They're not sending in resumes to a black hole and being ignored, skimmed over, or filtered out.

These candidates are real people getting a real chance to showcase their experience and land a job with a company that genuinely wants to hire them.

At the end of the day, isn't that what recruiting is all about?

Alex comfortably understood whatever I was saying in my Indian accent, and I’m also able to understand Alex. I think for all of the candidates who are coming from India, if Alex is interviewing them, it’ll be very comfortable for them.”

Elizabeth L.
UX Researcher

“It was able to pick out the key points of what I was really trying to say. I think a recruiter would’ve disqualified me at that point. But, Alex made me feel good because Alex got to the heart of what I was saying.

Jillian L.
Sales Manager

“I really liked being able to read what the questions are, especially when I’m nervous. I loved that.”

Ace Y.
Senior Program Manager

“Traditionally, you get to talk to a recruiter first, and they’re not experts on the subject matter. Actually having questions from the first interview that detail what you know about this technical stuff was great.

Robyn F.
Creative Production Lead

“The way that she was speaking to me and the work that was put in to that was respectful. It made me feel encouraged.

Neil S.
Business Analyst

“One thing for sure that stood out: I really liked how it transcribed. It’s able to understand everything.

Raymond T.
